About Cody and Christian
Cody and Christian are business partners and investors in Washington State. Together they have purchased over 100 apartment units and a resort all seller financed. No banks loans for acquisition just relationship building and hard work.
Cody Davis
Cody Davis started at 19 years old with a 12-plex. At the time he had $3,000 dollars and no family or friends in the business. He amassed another 18 units putting him at 30 units by the age of 21 (all seller financed), before partnering with Christian Osgood to take on a 38-unit seller financed deal in central WA.
Christian
Christian worked a 9-5 at Costar for years before buying a duplex. Shortly after his first rental, he bought a second duplex and was again out of money. Instead of waiting for years to save up money for the next rental, he partnered with Cody Davis and learned the art of creative finance. Today, in addition to their 110 rental properties and waterfront resort, they own and operate multifamily property management LLC, and their mentorship group Multifamily Strategy.
